Teen Faith Formation in Saint Luke Catholic Church

Saint Luke Youth (SLY) is a High School Youth Ministry to help teens develop a personal, meaningful, and ongoing relationship with Jesus Christ through their Catholic faith.  SLY meets and enjoys a teen dinner on the last Sunday of each month after the 5:30pm Mass.  This ministry also offers monthly community service, fun, and faith events.  Its focus is to know, love, and serve the Lord.

For more information, please contact Youth Minister, Deb Toner by emailing or call (203) 227-7245.

We partner with the Bridgeport Rescue Mission, Caroline House and Al’s Angels for community service.

Our monthly Teen Mass serves as the heart of our faith program.

We like to have fun AND we have fun fundraisers

Dr. Seuss Day at Caroline House

On March 2nd from 11:30 to 1:30, SLY members will host a Dr. Seuss day at Caroline House to celebrate Read Across America day. We will read to, play with, and bring joy to the Caroline House community.

We would love book donations to donate to Caroline house!

Violet T., Noah S., Julia M., Olivia M., and Josie C., delivered bags to those in need on February 10th
The Have a Heart project was a success! Teens baked, put together Valentine's bags for home-bound parishioners, and delivered them, on February 9th and 10th.
Heart bags spread the love!

While SLY members organized bags, Julia M. '27, Joey V. '27, and Olivia M '27, baked up an army of baked goods to give to those in need.

On February 9th, SLY members assembled Valentines bags for homebound parishioners. James D '24, Camille M '25, Katherine M '27 (Daisy S '25 not pictured) worked fast and assembled beautiful bags.
