2025 - 2026 Registration
Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is now open. Early registration helps us prepare classes and materials and is greatly appreciated.
Please use the link below when registering your child(ren) for the 2025-2026 school year. If your family is new to the program this year, please email or call the Religious Formation office prior to registering your family. We will need a copy of your child(ren)'s Baptismal certificate and any prior formation records if applicable.
Each family will need to complete an Annual Consent & Release form as required by the Diocese of Bridgeport. When the new form for the 2025-2026 school year becomes available, families will be notified and forms need to be completed prior to classes beginning.
If you need financial assistance with tuition or want to pay in installments please email ReligiousFormation@stlukewestport.org or Father Kumar at Pastor@stlukewestport.org for confidential assistance.
All group/class communications will be sent through Flocknotes. As classes are formed students will be added to the email list. Please make sure to allow emails from Flocknotes.

Annual Consent & Release Form
The 2025-2026 Annual Consent & Release form is COMING SOON. An email will be sent when it becomes available from the Dioecese, and parents should complete the form prior to classes starting.
Faith Bridge Summer Program
Our Faith Bridge Summer Program is designed for students in grades three and above who have missed one or more years of formation to get back on track. Faith Bridge Summer Program runs in one-week sessions. Each week of camp will make up for one year of missed formation. Students can only make up two years of missed formation per summer. Students who have missed more than two years of formation, please contact our Parish Catechetical Leader, Jessica Purcell.
Camp Dates for Summer 2025:
July 14th- 18th 9:00am - 12:00pm (Week 1)
July 21st - 25th 9:00am - 12:00pm (Week 2)
