About the event
Enter into a spirit of holy longing this Advent as we await the birth of the Christ child. Join us for a pasta dinner and fellowship followed by a wonderful reflection by Deacon Gauthier Vincent. About the Speaker: Deacon Gauthier Vincent
Gauthier is a Senior Partner with Deloitte Consulting LLP, a permanent Deacon with the Diocese of Bridgeport, a trained Spiritual Director with the Murphy Center of Spirituality at Fairfield University, and a husband and father of seven. He was born and raised in Paris, France and came to the US in 1991 to work for the World Bank in Washington, DC. He became a US citizen in 2006. He has spent all his professional career in banking and consulting to banks, mostly in North America but also in Europe and Asia, and struggling to balance the demands of a busy professional life with ministry and family. Gauthier and his wife of 27 years, Valerie, live in Stamford, CT with their two youngest children. His passion is for finding God in the world and in the midst of a normal life.
