Divine Mercy Sunday
1. CONFESSION
If you are unable to go to Confession (Saturday 4:30-5:15 p.m. in the Church), make an Act of Contrition with the intention to go to Confession at the first opportunity.
Act of Contrition: My God, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart. In choosing to do wrong and failing to do good, I have sinned against you whom I should love above all things. I firmly intend, with your help, to do penance, to sin no more, and to avoid whatever leads me to sin. Our Savior Jesus Christ suffered and died for us. In his name, my God, have mercy.
2. HOLY COMMUNION
There are no public Masses celebrated due to COVID-19. Below is the link to live-stream the Vigil Mass.
Act of Spiritual Communion: I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.
3. PRAYER FOR THE FEAST OF DIVINE MERCY
Lord Jesus Christ, You promised St. Faustina that the soul that has been to Confession [I’m unable, but I made an Act of Contrition] and the soul that receives Holy Communion [I’m unable, but I made a Spiritual Communion] will receive the complete forgiveness of all sins and punishment. Please, Lord Jesus Christ, give me this grace.
